Normally,  other DAISHICHI KIMOTO is aged 1 or 1 year half.]
of course, it is already longer aging  than other breweries.
But this is 2 or 2years half.

Why long term aging?
for getting more deep and pllump taste, more complex aroma.
When you drink that, can get gorgeous and like yogurt taste.
